What current Village Post Office operators say

Our customers really appreciate the ability to buy stamps and pick up their mail while they shop in our store. Our store has become a community gathering place for neighbors to interact. — Don Shamsie, owner, DJ’s General Store, Bigelow, AR

I opened a Village Post Office to add greater visibility for our café and increase customer visits. I also did it for the community, to provide convenient access to receive and send their mail. — Scott Dugan, owner, Kenosha Café, Grant, CO

Customers appreciate the convenient 24-hour access to their mailboxes. They also like our extended store hours, providing more time to buy stamps or other postal products. — Cheryl Kim, owner, Red’s Hop N’ Market, Malone, WA

The Village Post Office is a great opportunity for businesses and their customers. It helps us by increasing customer visits. It helps customers by providing a one-stop shopping experience where they can pick up mail or ship a package at the same place where they can buy other household products. — Heather Phelps, store clerk, Rosston General Store, Rosston, TX
