IMM Revision: Expansion of Express Mail International With Guarantee Service to Include Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and Spain

Effective March 2, 2009, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) part 221 to add Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and Spain to the list of countries to which Express Mail International® With Guarantee Ser­vice is available. Currently, this service is only available to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Republic of Korea (South Korea).

We will incorporate this revision into the next printed ver­sion of the IMM and into the monthly update of the online IMM, which is available via Postal Explorer® at http://pe.usps.com.
