Effective immediately, Handbook F-1, Accounting and Reporting Policy, is revised with version January 2009. An Update Notice at the beginning of Handbook F-1 provides users with a list of changes and updates incorporated into the handbook.
The Update Notice details the types of changes using the following categories:
n Addition — New information or procedures added.
n Clarification — Reworded information or procedures for better understanding.
n Heading Change Only — Renumbered headings as necessary.
The January 2009 version of Handbook F-1 replaces all previous versions.
