Custodial Products — Buy From National Contracts not General Services Administration

USPS^® facilities across the country have taken great strides in utilizing the two national contracts for custodial products and supplies, Cleanwise and W. W. Grainger. In compliance with the letter from CFO, Joseph Corbett, both suppliers have shown an even greater commitment in the price reduction of custodial items, by providing USPS the most favorable pricing possible. MLB-CO-01-012 specifies that these two national contracts are a “priority source of supply for all postal locations and must be used for the pur­chase of custodial products”. However, many facilities are ordering custodial products through eMARS from the General Services Administration (GSA). These same items may be acquired through eMARS from Cleanwise and/or W. W. Grainger at a lesser cost. The listing of high volume items below shows the GSA original national stock number (NSN) and the Cleanwise/W. W. Grainger equivalent eBuy catalog item number.

Note: Effective immediately, future requests submitted through eMARS for these custodial items will no longer be available from GSA, but must be purchased from one of the national suppliers.
