DMM Correction: Updated Internet Change of Address Credit Card Authentication Fee

Effective April 7, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) 507.2.1.4 to replace the current monetary fee listed for Internet Change of Address (ICOA) and Telephone Change of Address (TCOA) Credit Card Authentication Fee with a reference to the Notice 123 — Price List.

Consistent with the Postal Regulatory Commission’s (PRC) Order No. 1926, issued on December 24, 2013, that approved the Postal Service’s Exigent Request, customers are advised that this fee was increased from $1.00 to $1.05 effective January 26, 2014, and was inadvertently not updated in DMM 507.2.1.4. Although this revision will not be published in the DMM until April 7, 2014, this price update became effective on January 26, 2014, and is accurately reflected in the Notice 123 — Price List.
