Effective March 6, 2017, the Postal Service will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) in various related sections to reflect changes to mailing standards that were missed in the final rule published in the Federal Register on December 21, 2016.

Nonautomation letters and flats mailed at Regular, Enhanced Carrier Route, Nonprofit, and Nonprofit Enhanced Carrier Route prices are subject to minimum per piece prices when they weigh no more than 4 ounces (0.25 pound).
