PS Form 969 Revision: Material Recycling and Disposal

Effective January 1, 2018, the Postal Service™ revised PS Form 969, Material Recycling and Disposal, to eliminate the requirement for original signatures. The required signature blocks can now contain electronic or digital signatures, photocopied signatures, or original signatures. The Postal Service revised this requirement to improve efficiency and save time when making adjustments to Postal Service assets.

Revised PS Form 969 is now available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:

n Go to blue.usps.gov.

n In the left-hand column under “Essential Links,” click PolicyNet.

n Click Forms.
