JONESBORO, AR - The United States Postal Service is moving back into the Downtown Station at 310 East St, Jonesboro, AR 72401-9998.
The renovations are complete and the Downtown Station will officially open for business Monday, June 6, at 8:30 a.m. Hours of operation for the retail window are 8:30 am-3:00 pm, M-F. There are over 600 Post Office boxes available for rent.
“We want our customers to know we are excited about returning to the Downtown Station,” said Jonesboro Postmaster, Rob Driskell. “Customers will enjoy a Postal retail presence in the downtown area.”
The Hattie Caraway Station located at 2404 Race St., offers passports along with passport photos M-F, 8:30 am-4 pm, closing for lunch from 1:30 pm-2:00 pm.
As a reminder customers can purchase stamps online 24/7at usps.com, or pick stamps up during regular business hours at First National Bank of Paragould, Kroger, Office Depot, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart Supercenter and Walgreens. Additionally, Bill’s Fresh Market Contract Postal Unit is available for stamps and shipping needs, located at 3605 E Johnson, M-Sun 8 am – 8 pm.
