The USPS Small Business Mentoring Program was developed with the goal to enhance the capabilities of participating small businesses, small minority-owned businesses, and small women-owned businesses (SMWOB) to be better prepared to directly compete in Postal Service sourcing opportunities, or successfully perform in a subcontracting role if selected as a team member to a prime supplier under Postal Service contracts.
