JONESBORO, AR — The Jonesboro Hattie Caraway Station will celebrate “Customer Appreciation Day” on Thursday, August 2, 2018.  The public is invited to visit the office, located at 2404 Race St, Jonesboro AR 72401, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., to meet and greet their local postal staff. Refreshments will be served.

As part of Customer Appreciation Day, the Jonesboro Hattie Caraway Station will provide information and opportunities for everyone.  Representatives will be on hand to sign customers up for the exciting new free service, Informed Delivery; a postal carrier will be available to answer mail delivery questions; visitors may apply for a passport; local business customers can meet with a Postal Service Business Development Specialist to learn how to grow their business with shipping and mailing options; and there will be information available for people seeking employment with the USPS.  For children, there will be an actual Long Life Vehicle (mail vehicle) on display to touch and tour along with free USPS coloring books.

“Our Customer Appreciation Day” celebration is a small way of thanking our customers for their loyalty,” said Postmaster Rob Driskell.  “We sincerely value our customers’ business, and we will continue to show our appreciation, year-round.”
