FAYETTEVILLE, AR – The Fayetteville CB Craft Station will celebrate “Customer Appreciation Day” on Thursday, September 13, 2018. The public is invited to visit the office, located at 1590 E. Joyce Blvd, Fayetteville AR 72703, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., to meet and greet their local postal staff. Refreshments will be served.
As part of Customer Appreciation Day, the Fayetteville CB Craft Station will provide information and opportunities for everyone. Representatives will be on hand to sign customers up for the exciting new free service, Informed Delivery; a postal carrier will be available to answer mail delivery questions; visitors may apply for a passport; local business customers can meet with a Postal Service Business Development Specialist to learn how to grow their business with shipping and mailing options; and there will be information available for people seeking employment with the USPS. For children, there will be an actual Long Life Vehicle (mail vehicle) on display to touch and tour along with free USPS coloring books.
For businesses interested in additional information on the Northwest Arkansas Postal Customer Council, representatives will be on hand to sign-up new members. The Postal Customer Council® (PCC®) program is a valuable resource for business mailers, large and small. Local PCCs serve as an open channel for USPS®-to-business communication, providing information and best practices for achieving cost-effective and profitable mailing, education and training. Through regular meetings, educational programs and seminars, PCC members learn about the latest postal products and services that may help them grow their business.
“Our Customer Appreciation Day” celebration is a small way of thanking our customers for their loyalty,” said Postmaster Charles Redburn. “We sincerely value our customers’ business, and we will continue to show our appreciation, year-round.”
