Through December, the United States Postal Service will be accepting online applications for more than 200 Phoenix job positions including Holiday Postal Support Employees, Holiday Casual Mail Handlers and Holiday Tractor Trailer Operators.
Dates on which applications are accepted will vary depending on the positions offered. Interested individuals must apply for the positions online by visiting the Postal Service’s job website at usps.com/careers. Click on the “Open Postal Jobs” link, then search by state and any positions for which applications are being accepted in that state will be displayed.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate.
Hourly wages for these positions are as follows: $11 per hour for Holiday Casual Mail Handlers; $15.63 for Postal Support Employees, and $20.50 for Holiday Tractor Trailer Operators (TTO).
Details regarding each position’s duties are provided on the online job postings at usps.com/careers. Background checks and drug tests will be conducted. No benefits are included with these seasonal positions.
Holiday TTO positions require a minimum of two years’ experience driving a tractor trailer, a valid Class A CDL, current DOT physical and a clean driving record.
