VENICE, CA — The retail lobby of the Venice Post Office will be closed on Saturday, June 16, during which time the facility will move into its new location, 400 feet across the traffic circle, at 313 Grand Blvd.
Post Office Box operations will be relocated after close of business on Friday and P.O. Box customers will be able to retrieve their mail on Saturday, June 16, at the new location. Retail operations will commence at the new location at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012.
P.O. Box customers’ numbers will not change and the ZIP Code will remain the same. There will be no impact to mail delivery to Venice businesses and residents.
The public retail hours will remain unchanged at the new location — Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Venice customers can access postal retail service at several nearby locations on Saturday, June 16:
- Marina Del Rey – 4766 Admiralty Way, Marina Del Rey 90292, Sat. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Mar Vista Station – 3826 Grandview Blvd., Los Angeles 90066, Sat. 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Santa Monica – 1248 5th St., Santa Monica 90401, Sat. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
