OAKLAND, CA – Need to get to the Post Office in the ‘nick of time’ during the holiday rush? In addition to the many Post Offices in the East Bay, customers have a number of Contract Postal Units (CPU) to choose from as well. Many retail stores serve as CPUs, providing postal services on a contractual bases that make it that much easier for customers to do business with the Postal Service. CPUs provide a full range of retail services and their hours are often more convenient for the frazzled shopper.
