CENTURY CITY, CA — The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has conducted a discontinuance feasibility study for Century City Finance Station due to a steady decline of revenue and mail volume at that location. The study concluded that services could be provided to the community by several USPS locations in close proximity and that USPS would save an estimated $1.2 million over ten years.

Nearby Post Office locations include Beverly Station, 312 S. Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills CA 90212; and Preuss Station, 1270 Alfred St., Los Angeles CA 90035. USPS Retail services are also available through a variety of expanded access channels including online at usps.com website and stamp consignment locations at most grocery and drug stores.

A public meeting will be held to explain customer options and answer questions on Thursday, June 26, 2014, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the lobby of Century City Finance Station, located at 9911 W. Pico Blvd. Ste. B207, Los Angeles CA 90035.

Written comments are also being accepted until July 10, 2014. Please submit written comments to:
