SAN JOSE, CA — As in Christmases past, letter carriers will dash about like “Comet and Blitzen,” delivering Priority Mail Express on Christmas Day.

Not exactly the clatter of hooves on the rooftop nor bells on a sleigh, but faster than a swoosh down the chimney will be a knock on the door as letter carriers make deliveries just in the “Nick” of time. Post Office™ carriers will sort and deliver every piece of Priority Mail Express to every house until nothing is left stirring at the Post Office™, not even a mouse.

Starting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 25, letter carriers who volunteered to work Christmas Day will load their sleighs with Priority Mail Express for delivery throughout the city of San Jose from:
