BEVERLY HILLS, CA — The Beverly Hills Post Office will remain in the building at 325 N. Maple Drive during construction of a new Post Office retail lobby within the same building. When finished, local residents and businesses frequenting this location will have a newly remodeled facility relocated within the building. Post Office Box numbers will remain the same.

The relocation shifts the Post Office entrance further west along Third Street and dedicated postal customer parking will still be available on the property.

Post Office hours, all postal services provided and access to Post Office boxes will continue uninterrupted during the construction. This move within the existing building is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) approved a plan in 2012 to relocate the Beverly Hills Post Office and sell the building, which was larger than needed for postal operations. During the sale of the property, USPS negotiated a long-term agreement to lease a portion of the building for public retail operations, Post Office Box service and Business Mail Entry to serve the needs of residents and small businesses in the area.

The Postal Service does not receive tax dollars to fund its operations and facilities.
