SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The U.S. Postal Service has announced that passport service at San Francisco city Post Offices will be consolidated.
Effective Feb. 26, 2016, Passport Services in the City of San Francisco have been consolidated to the following four locations:

Application forms, information on the costs and how to apply for a passport book and/or passport card can be found at usps.com/passportor travel.state.gov/passport. Customers can obtain passport information by phone, in English and Spanish, by calling the National Passport Information Center toll-free at 1-(877) 487-2778.
