SACRAMENTO DISTRICT — Employees of the United States Postal Service provide an essential service to residential and business customers. Even when conditions are questionable, as is the case with the Oroville Dam mandatory evacuations, we make every attempt to safely distribute and deliver the mail.

The hotline number listed below is to inform impacted postal employees where they should report to work. This number is also printed on the back of employee badges.

Hearing-impaired employees can use Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) by calling state TRS toll-free numbers. A TRS operator will relay information to the Postal Service on the caller’s behalf. A list of the state TRS toll-free numbers is on the Federal Communications Commission website, www.fcc.gov.
