OAKVILLE, CA — Shifting winds and changing fire conditions have made it necessary for the Postal Service to put more contingencies in place that affect customers from Calistoga, Pope Valley and Oakville.
The Oakville Post Office is now open. Customers in Pope Valley can now get their PO Box mail at the Post Office only.
However, the St Helena Post Office ,1461 Main Street St Helena, CA 94574 will continue to serve as the hub for Calistoga and Pope Valley retail service.
The affected areas in Calistoga include four city routes in ZIP Code 94515 and two Rural Routes and the P.O. Box section,
All mail for Calistoga and non-PO Box mail for Pope Valley will be available for pick up at the St. Helena Post Office between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Signs are posted to guide customers to the mail pickup area. Customers are reminded to provide proper photo ID in order to get their mail. .
