HORNBROOK, CA —The Hornbrook Post Office located at 15431 Hornbrook Road, Hornbrook, CA 96044, has been temporarily closed due to mandatory evacuations issued by the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office.

Until the evacuations are lifted, Hornbrook postal customers can retrieve their mail and obtain retail services at the Yreka Post Office, 401 S. Broadway St., Yreka, CA 96097. Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
