EL PORTAL, CA — The El Porto Post Office located at 5508 Foresta Rd, El Portal, CA 95318 has been temporarily closed due to evacuations and road closures resulting from the Ferguson Fire.

El Portal postal customers can pick up their mail at the Yosemite National Park Post Office located at 9017 Village Drive, Yosemite National Park, CA 95389. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Closed Sunday.

Customers are reminded to bring proper photo ID in order to make mail and package pickups.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
