RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Two U.S. Post Offices in Riverside County have been temporarily closed due to the Cranston Fire. They include Idyllwild Post Office, 54391 Village Center Drive, Idyllwild, CA 92549 and Mountain Center Post Office, 29470 US Highway 243, Mountain Center, CA 92561.
Starting tomorrow, postal customers in Idyllwild and Mountain Center can pick up their mail at the San Jacinto Post Office, 315 E. Esplanade Ave., San Jacinto, CA 92185. Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday.
Customers are reminded to bring proper photo ID in order to make mail and package pickups. Customers who have questions may call the San Jacinto Post Office at (951) 654-6172.
