Three Butte County Post Offices Affected By Wildfire

Customers being directed to nearby post office for mail pickup

CHICO, CA — The fast-moving Camp Fire in Butte County has resulted in the temporary closing of several United States Post Offices:

  • Magalia Post Office, 14146 Skyway, Magalia, CA 95954
  • Stirling City Post Office, 16939 Skyway, Stirling City, CA 95978
  • Paradise Post Office, 6469 Clark Road, Paradise, CA 95969

Customers are directed to go to the Chico Midtown Post office, 141 West Fifth St., Chico, CA 95928 to pick up their mail. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Customers must provide identification in order to get their mail.

Updates will be provided as soon as the post offices reopen.
