BELLVUE – The High Park fire has abated enough to allow limited mail operations to resume out of Bellvue, CO. For the last several days, the office operated out of nearby LaPorte, CO.

The Bellvue office serves approximately 300 Post Office Boxes and approximately 1,100 street delivery addresses.

Due to continued restrictions on access and to allow for emergency vehicle travel, no street delivery will be made until further notice, according to Postmaster Patty Halderman. All the mail will be held at the Post Office.

Customers are encouraged to pick up their mail at the office, located at 5301 Rist Canyon Road.

About 120 deliveries out of Loveland, CO, will not be made today because of road closures. The affected area is the Redstone Canyon and Buckhorn Road, near Masonville, CO.

The more than 650 addresses that couldn’t be delivered in ZIP Code 80536 out of Fort Collins, CO, this week will have a resumption of service today.

As conditions change, we will adjust our service accordingly.
