BACKGROUND:

The US Postal Service is proud to announce the Grand Opening of the New Canaan Post Office, located at 18 Locust Avenue. The new Post Office features a state of the art design, almost 1000 Post Office boxes, with many available to rent, and 3 customer counters to serve our residential and business customers. The retail counters will be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday.

The lobby will be open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to allow customers to access their mail on off hours and use the Self Service Kiosk, which allows customers to access postal services whenever it is convenient for the, 24 hours per day.
