Naples Post Offices Observe Columbus Day Holiday, October 14

NAPLES, FL — Naples Post Offices will be closed and mail will not be delivered on Monday, October 14, in observance of Columbus Day. 

Customers will have access to postal services on Columbus Day at www.usps.com, Self-Service Kiosks in select postal lobbies, Contract Postal Units (CPUs) and Approved Shippers (AP). Businesses that have 50 or more packages for pickup may contact 239-435-2146 to arrange a Holiday pickup. 

Self-Service Kiosks are located at Naples Main Post Office, 1200 Goodlette Rd, Coco River Post Office, 1130 Creekside Way, and Bonita Springs Post Office, 26150 Old US 41 Rd.

A Contracted Postal Unit offers postal products and services at postal pricing.  No surcharge is added.  Retail services will be available at the following Contracted Postal Units in the Naples area:

  • Shipping & Mailing Center, 838 Neapolitan Way, Naples  34103
  • Paradise Card Shop, 13500 Tamiami Trail N, Naples  34110
  • Greeting Card Outlet, 4863 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples 34116

An Approved Shipper is a private business approved by the Postal Service to offer products and services.  As a private business, they are allowed to add a surcharge to postal pricing.  Approved Shippers are provided with signage for their entry doors featuring the U.S. Postal Service trademarked eagle logo.

Transportation of mail from Contract Postal Units and Approved Shippers is provided by U.S. Postal Service employees or contractors.  All mail is monitored and protected by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
