U.S. Postal Service Schedules Public Meeting

On Potential Relocation of Retail Services at Carl Fisher Branch Post Office

Miami Beach, FL — The U.S. Postal Service is considering the potential relocation of retail services from the Carl Fisher Branch Post Office at 1661 West Ave in Miami Beach, FL 33139-9997.

Postal officials invite the public to learn more about this project at a public meeting scheduled on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 4:00 p.m., in the lobby of the Carl Fisher Branch Post Office. Representatives from the Postal Service’s Facilities Department will be available to share information and to answer questions at the meeting.

Additionally, for 30 days after the public meeting, anyone may submit written comments to the address below for the Postal Service’s consideration prior to its final decision:

A public notice, along with a copy of the Postal Service’s letter to The Honorable Philip Levine, Mayor, City of Miami Beach, currently is posted at the Carl Fisher Branch Post Office.
