TAMPA FL — The U.S. Postal Service is accepting applications for seasonal holiday positions needed in its Suncoast, FL, District.  The Postal Service is seeking to fill part-time, non-career positions soon in postal facilities in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Ybor City and Orlando, Florida. 

These job responsibilities include loading, unloading and moving mail; and performing other duties incidental to the movement and processing of mail.

Salary for these positions is $12 per hour, with variable work hours and work days, including holidays and weekends.  Start time is flexible and successful applicants must be available when called to report to work.  Work hours will vary.  The employment term is November 2017 through January 2018.

The positions are non-career, with limited benefits, but can lead to a rewarding career appointment with the full benefits of a federal employee.  Note: Limited benefits available for some temporary positions include paid vacation days, contractual pay raises and access to the USPS non-career Employee Health Benefits Plan.
