Postal Officials, family members, colleagues, and friends will gather to recognize Rockford Post Office City Letter Carrier and Machesney Park resident Francis Loebach Jr. for 50 years of service with the U.S. Postal Service.

Mr. Loebach began his postal career in 1966 and has worked within the greater Rockford area throughout his career. He has witnessed vast changes within the Postal Service since beginning his career, including the Post Office Department becoming the United States Postal Service along with further mail processing advancements and the advent of the increase in the parcel business and online postal services and greater improvements in delivery technology.
