Chicago, IL — The Postal Service has redesigned the notice left form, and renamed it “We ReDeliver for You!”  The form is what Postal employees are required to leave for a customer when they are unable to deliver an item successfully. The redesigned form lists six options customers have to schedule a redelivery.  The new form has a scannable QR code which allows customers to use their smart devices to schedule a redelivery.

Customers can also use the form to have their redeliveries managed through Informed Delivery, a free feature that allows users to digitally preview their incoming mail and manage their packages from a computer, tablet or mobile device.

Customers can visit informeddelivery.usps.com to sign up for Informed Delivery and learn more about this feature.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products, and services to fund its operations.
