Todd Mansker Named Postmaster Muncie, IN

Muncie, IN—Todd Mansker has been named Postmaster of Muncie, IN effective August 29, 2009. He succeeds Randy Clark who retired, and becomes the 29th Postmaster of Muncie, IN – the office was established in April of 1828.

In his new position, Mansker is responsible for mail delivery to addresses within ZIP Codes 47302, 47303, 47304, 47305, 47306, 47307, and 47308.

Mansker began his career with the Postal Service in 1992 as a clerk at the Selma, Indiana Post Office. He quickly progressed to management as a Supervisor in Muncie’s Computer Forwarding Unit and then as Supervisor of Customer Service in Richmond. He has served as Postmaster of Albany and New Castle and since April of 2009 has been Officer-in-Charge at Muncie.

As Muncie Postmaster, Mansker manages 126 employees and is responsible for more than 47,000 deliveries. The Muncie Post Office will deliver over 40 million mailpieces this year.

“I’m looking forward to continuing work with Muncie employees,” said Mansker, “and providing efficient service over and above the expectations of our customers.”

Mansker has a daughter, Abby and son, Beau.
