INDIANAPOLIS, IN – For the first time, the U.S. Postal Service will have a retail presence at the 2015 Senior PGA Championship, which is being played this year at the French Lick Resort Pete Dye Course in southern Indiana.

“We want our customers to know that we will be open for business from Friday, May 22 until Sunday, May 24. We will have stamps and postal products for sale. In addition, we will have Priority Mail flat-rate boxes in a variety of sizes so those attending the Senior PGA can ship their souvenirs back home rather than having to pack them in their luggage. Let the Postal Service be your caddy,” said Manager of Post Office Operations Cindy Klaiber.

Klaiber added: “The Priority Mail boxes are free of charge, and flat-rate means you pay for the size of the box, and not for the weight of the contents.”

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
