Background: |
As Hutchinson Postmaster, Hoefer will be responsible for all retail and delivery operations in the city. Excellent mail service and customer satisfaction are high priorities for Hoefer. “We want every postal transaction to be a satisfying one for our customers,” said Hoefer. “I look forward to working with our dedicated employees to provide outstanding service to our customers. The difference between good and great service is a little extra effort.” Hoefer has also served as postmaster in the Kansas communities of Turon, Buhler, and most recently Lyons. She has also had several temporary assignments, including acting postmaster in St. John, KS, and Pratt, KS. Hoefer was born and raised in Hutchinson. She has two daughters, Danielle of Los Angeles, CA, and Cammie of Hutchinson. Hoefer replaces former Hutchinson Postmaster Stan Blasi, who is now the manager of the processing and distribution center in Wichita, KS. |
