Background: |
As Shawnee Mission Postmaster Reynolds has administrative responsibility for 164 employees a total of five Branches, two Finance Units, 98 city routes and 12 rural routes. Excellent mail service and customer satisfaction are high priorities for Reynolds. Reynolds began his career as a letter carrier in Independence, MO. He began his leadership journey with the United States Postal Service as a Supervisor Customer Service, Lenexa, KS. He continued his journey in several managerial positions in Shawnee, to include the Manager, Customer Service and Mail Processing. He has served our Mid-America District as the Sr. Manager Post Offices Operations position, Postmaster Kansas City, KS, and most recently as the Officer-In-Charge in Shawnee Mission. As a Navy Veteran and Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt, he has a passion for processes that lead to excellence. “I am committed to creating a positive environment for all of my employees and I will make it a priority that every customer service opportunity exceeds expectations,” says Reynolds. |
