LOUISVILLE, KY — USPS business customers are invited to an Open House at the Business Mail Entry Unit, located at 4440 Crittenden Drive, Louisville KY 40221, on Wednesday, November 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Postal representatives will welcome customers with refreshments and assistance with signups for Informed Delivery.  More than 65,000 customers in the Kentuckiana District can now check their mail – before it’s delivered.  Informed Delivery provides residential customers an innovative experience in today’s highly digital environment, allowing them to see digital previews of their incoming mail.  Nationwide, over 6.4 million customers can access Informed Delivery. 

The Postal Customer Council of Kentuckiana (PCC) is also presenting a FREE workshop:  The Top Ten Mistakes in Mailpiece Design, from 1:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.  The PCC will be present during the Open House with information about benefits of joining the PCC and FREE membership sign-up sheets.

The Kentuckiana District serves ZIP Codes 400-409, 411-427 in Kentucky and 471, 476-477 in southern Indiana.
