WOBURN -- The Woburn Post Office located at 462 Washington St. will be open from 8:30am until 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2010.

The Automated Postal Center (APC) at this location is available 24/7.

All Post Offices in the Woburn area will be open on Saturday, September 4 during their regularly scheduled hours.

Regular mail delivery and collection times for September 4 will be unaffected by the change.

Customers may call 1-800-ASK-USPS for information about specific Post Offices.

Post Offices will be closed Monday, September 6, 2010; however Express Mail will still be delivered.

All Post Offices will be open and regular mail delivery will resume on Tuesday, September 7.

Customers are reminded that many Automated Postal Centers (APCs) are open 24/7 for our customers’ convenience. APCs handle most all transactions customers can conduct in a Post Office using a credit or debit card and are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for added customer convenience. Packages can be mailed regardless of Post Office hours using these self-service kiosks, located in thousands of Post Office lobbies across the country. APCs are as easy to use as an ATM, but without the fees.
