Massachusetts — Post offices across the Commonwealth will be offering extended hours on Saturdays, December 9 & 16 and some offices will be open on Sundays, December 10 & 17 to offer customers more convenience.

Whether picking up a package, shipping holiday gifts, applying for a passport or purchasing packing supplies USPS wants to take some of the hectic out of your holiday chores.

The offices are listed below with their extended Saturday closing times. Those with an asterisk (*) will also be open on both Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Open until 1 p.m. are Brewster*, Centerville, East Falmouth, Franklin, Gloucester*, Hingham*, Hudson, Leominster*, Mansfield, Mashpee, Northborough, Plymouth, Provincetown, Rockport, South Dennis, South Yarmouth and Wayland

Sudbury is open until 2 p.m.

Open until 3 p.m. are Andover, Arlington, Belmont, Brighton, Cambridge*, Concord, Edgartown, Jamaica Plain, Lexington, Lowell*, Milton, Needham, Newtonville, Norwood*, Orleans, Randolph, Roslindale, Salem, Scituate, Vineyard Haven, Wellesley Hills, West Roxbury and Worcester*

Open until 4 p.m. are Framingham*, Medford, Peabody*, Quincy* and Woburn*

Duxbury*, Falmouth*, Haverhill*, Stoughton* and Webster* will also be open both Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
