DETROIT — The Detroit District of the United States Postal Service is recruiting eligible applicants for the position of temporary casual Tractor-Trailer Operators at $15.00 per hour for employment during our holiday mailing season. This is a non-career position with no benefits and will not lead to a career position.
The casual tractor-trailer operator requires driving a heavy duty tractor-trailer for city shuttle service and trailer spotting operations. You must have a CDL Class A license with two years driving experience with the CDL Class A license and at least six months recent experience driving a tractor-trailer with excellent skills backing trailers into a dock area.
