Downtown Postal Collection Boxes out of service November 20-23

Collection Boxes to be removed for Silver Bells parade

Lansing MI — Thursday, November 20th the Lansing Post Office will remove blue postal collection boxes located along the route for the ‘Silver Bells in the City’ parade.

The boxes will be out of service from Thursday November 20th through Sunday November 23rd. They will be back in their locations and in service on Monday, November 24th.

This request is being done for public safety reasons as a part of Homeland Security. Residents who normally deposit mail in the list below can bring their mail to other collection locations around the city. The collection boxes at the following locations will be out of service:
