JACKSON, MS — Beginning Tuesday, July 31, a Postal Service Mobile Retail Unit will be located near the Roadmap Building at the Jackson Medical Mall, 350 West Woodrow Wilson Drive, Jackson, MS 39213.  The Mobile Retail Unit offers customer convenience during the temporary suspension of the Jackson, MS, Delta Station Post Office.

The Mobile Retail Unit hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Customers may pick up mail and receive most retail products and services available at Post Offices, including purchasing stamps, mailing letters and packages, Post Office Box mail delivery, pick up of packages and accountable mail (such as Certified Mail) and more.

The Jackson, MS, Delta Station Post Office, located at 550 Melvin Bender Drive, Jackson, MS 39213, temporarily suspended operations on July 23. The building will reopen when it is deemed safe for employees and customers.

Customers can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to obtain information, including available, alternate Post Office retail locations, or check the Postal Service website: www.usps.com. The Post Office is always open at www.usps.com . The Postal Service’s smartphone app makes it even quicker to use the most popular functions on usps.com, anytime and anywhere.
