Background: |
Due to the original building having environmental and other structural issues, the Postal Service is seeking a permanent site for a new post office at a yet-to-be-determined location The relocation project will consist of procuring a suitable substitute location, as close as reasonably possible to the existing location. Retail Services will temporarily continue at the Dutton Post Office located at 77 SW 1st Street, Dutton, MT, 59433 until such time as all necessary preparations are completed at the new location. Retail hours at the Dutton Post Office are Mon-Fri: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. The office is closed Sat-Sun. U.S. Postal Service representatives will present the proposal for the relocation during the meeting. Written comments on the proposal will be accepted until November 9, 2018 and may be submitted to: Greg Shelton, Real Estate Specialist |
