Vandemere Post Office Relocating to Bayboro Post Office

Wilmington, NC — Due to structural damage at the Vandemere Post Office, located at 1370 Pennsylvania Avenue, postal operations are temporarily relocating to the Bayboro Post Office, located at 107 Main Street in Bayboro NC.

The Bayboro Post Office will provide P.O. Box mail to all Vandemere Post Office box customers beginning Monday, August 29, 2011. Customers are required to show a photo ID to receive their mail. Customers with street delivery will continue to receive delivery.

The Bayboro Post Office hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 12:30 pm and 2 – 4:30 p.m. The Bayboro Post Office is also open on Saturday from 9 – 11 a.m.
