RANDLEMAN, NC — Randleman Postmaster David Albertson recently recognized 23 of his employees for their exemplary performance and dedication to service and safety.
Sales and Service Associates (SSAs) Vickie Plummer, Phil Plummer, Teresa Hill and Krystal Young were recognized for their efforts in helping achieve perfect 100% scores in Retail Customer Experience (RCE) during four consecutive evaluations by mystery shoppers. “You’re our front line,” Albertson said to the SSAs. “This is a phenomenal achievement and we appreciate your dedication to our customers.”
In addition, 19 letter carriers were recognized for safe driving. They were all given awards in appreciation for maintaining accident-free work environments based on their number of years of service. “Our carriers are our troopers, without them there is no business,” said Matt Reece, Customer Service Supervisor who presented the awards.
Special recognition was given to three letter carriers, Vickie Skeen (29 years of accident-free driving), Eric Galbreth (28) and Todd Allred (26), as they approach their 30 year milestones. Albertson and Reece provided breakfast for each employee along with certificates of recognition.
“We like to give as much recognition as possible to keep our employees motivated and keep morale up,” Albertson said.
The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
