Winton Post Office Temporarily Closed for Repairs

WINTON, NC — The Winton Post Office located at 406 N Main St, Winton, NC 27986 will be temporarily closed for repair due to roof leakage and standing water in the facility. An emergency contingency action plan to relocate retail operations has been implemented for the safety of employees and customers.

Customers with PO Boxes at the Winton Post Office can pick up their mail at the retail window of the Murfreesboro Post Office located at 115 N Wynn St, Murfreesboro, NC 27855 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Monday – Friday:  12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. Sunday:  CLOSED

Winton Postmaster Deborah Pierce apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause during the repairs.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
