GREENSBORO, NC — The Greater Triad Area Postal Customer Council (PCC) will host a free seminar on Informed Delivery, an optional notification feature that provides eligible residential customers with a daily digital preview of their household's mail.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 19, at 11:30 a.m., at the Postal Service’s Greensboro Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) located at 1120 Pleasant Ridge Road.

Tracy Brooks, Vice President of Sales at Salem One, will act as guest speaker and will offer an overview of Informed Delivery and his experience with the feature.

“This seminar will help participants learn how to use Informed Delivery to promote their businesses,” said acting Greensboro District Marketing Manager Denise Edmonds. “Digital marketing can make a profound impact on mailpieces and drive customers to your business.”

The Informed Delivery seminar is free and open to the public. Attendees are asked to RSVP via the PCC website: http://www.greatertriadpcc.com/.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
