CHARLOTTE — Ready to show off your putting and driving skills? The Greater Charlotte Postal Customer Council (PCC) hosts its annual golf tournament on June 20 at NorthStone Country Club in Huntersville, NC. All skill levels are encouraged and players can sign up as an individual ($110) or as a foursome ($420). Particpants can register online at www.charlottepcc.com.

The event offers participants with the opportunity to learn more about how the Postal Service can help grow their businesses, receive the latest information on new and existing USPS products and services, and network with other business leaders. Sponsorship opportunities are still available as well.

Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and a shotgun start takes place at 10 a.m. with a BBQ dinner, awards and raffle following the event.

The PCC fosters and maintains a close working relationship between mailers and the Postal Service by helping members and their organizations grow and develop professionally through focused educational programs. It promotes cooperation and support between members and others who are dedicated to quality and efficiency in the mailing industry.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
