WINDSOR, NC — The Windsor Post Office, located at 130 N. King St., Windsor, NC 27983 is temporarily closed due to flooding. Mail deliveries will continue in Windsor, although some disruptions may occur in isolated areas experiencing flooding.
All retail operations and PO Box service at the Windsor Post Office have been moved to the Williamston Post Office at 121 E Main St, Williamston, NC 27892, which is approximately 14 miles away.
Hours at Williamston Post Office are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon.
Customers can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to obtain information, including available, alternate Post Office retail locations, or check the Postal Service website: www.usps.com. The Post Office is always open at www.usps.com. The Postal Service’s smartphone app makes it even quicker to use the most popular functions on usps.com, anytime and anywhere.
