WARREN, NJ — Plainfield Postmaster Edwin Turner is inviting the community to the Warren Branch Post Office Customer Appreciation Day on Wednesday, September 19 at 2 Technology Drive from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Postmaster Turner, Warren Customer Service Branch Manager Wade Duncan, and senior officials from the Postal Service’s Northern New Jersey District will be on hand talking to customers, thanking them for their business, distributing free Priority Mail shipping supplies, sharing valuable mailing and shipping tips, and soliciting community feedback. Light refreshments will be served.
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the law enforcement and security arm of the Postal Service, will have an information table in the lobby to raise public awareness of valuable mailbox theft and fraud prevention tips. Postal Service Business Development Specialists will also be discussing revenue growth opportunities for businesses through the use of Every Door Direct Mail. Every Door Direct Mail is an easy-to-use and affordable direct mail service that helps businesses better prospect locally to new customers, removing the need for names or addresses.
