ALBUQUERQUE – The United States Postal Service is now accepting online applications for about 60 seasonal, non-career holiday employees to work in Albuquerque.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate. Background checks and drug tests will be conducted.
Starting pay is $11 per hour, with no benefits. Hours of work will vary based on mail volume but are expected to average approximately 30 hours per week. Most of the positions involve heavy lifting and handling and processing of mail at Albuquerque’s mail processing center at 1135 Broadway Blvd. NE.
Those selected for these holiday casual positions will work approximately 56 days on a temporary basis during the holiday season.
